The degree to which a culture demonstrates honor and respect for individual lives, reflects the degree to which the justice system of that nation either protects all lives or encourages the death of certain lives. Once the foundation of morality - right and wrong- and absolute truth, is established, then the consideration of such critical issues as the value of life can be established.
