It was in that moment—against the advice of his own Secretary of State—that in 1948, Harry Truman stepped into history—giving stature and credibility to the infant nation at its most critical moment. This week Joe talks with Presidential historian and Grove City College professor Paul Kengor about what it took for an American President like Harry Truman to become perhaps the most important friend of Israel.
