America’s courts are—in many ways—the last great battleground in America. It’s where so many issues that are dividing communities, states, and the entire country are being settled. But are these issues being resolved or the court decisions just making America’s divide even deeper? Are courts being respected as the final word? This week Joe Watkins speaks with Randy Wenger, the founder of Independence Law Center— a non profit, public interest law firm who represent individuals, private entities, and even local governments with legal advice, legal representation, and often times expert testimony before school boards and state legislative committee.
